Supplier qualification
Each supplier is submitted to a strict quality control with incoming inspection of all the components delivered in the factory.
Production
Mechanical and electrical functionality test and 10 cycles reliability made on each motor.
Customer Service
Each customer complaint is analyzed with 8D methodology and corrective actions are implemented.
QUALITY PROMISE
LianDa implements the same excellence in quality under the SPS Somfy Production System. The products will get very strict tests, and the components from suppliers will also get the strict quality inspection. All the customer complaint will be analyzed with 8D methodology and be solved within 20 days. Thus, with the strong quality culture, all the TUBE products have passed ISO9001, and get many certificates, such as CE, CB, RoHS etc.
